3. Google’s brave new friendless feed

Today Google launched a feed of sorts but instead of reading that your friend from high school is pregnant… again, Google combines the most important news stories of the day with topics you’ve previously searched. Stuff you actually want to read you know?

4. Delta passengers out of this airport can use a fingerprint to board

Instead of waiting in those long lines with your ticket, all you need is a quick scan of your finger and you’re good to go. What a game changer, but it comes with a catch because awesome ideas always do!

5. Google Maps adds ‘Outer Space View’ to Street View with ISS photos

You can now explore space from the comfort of your own home with Google maps. It’s set up just like Street View, but Google has added special info cards to each image. Now go home and EXPLORE!

6. Trademarks Show Amazon Has Sights On Meal-Kits And Other Fast Food Options
Amazon has made its way into the food market with their AmazonFresh for groceries, Amazon Restaurants and now as a meal-kit service. Similar to Blue Apron, Amazon wants to be not only in your computer and home but now in your kitchen!

7. You’ll be able to talk to Alexa on Android phones starting this week

Guess what? As long as you have the Amazon app installed on your android, you’ll be able to use Alexa, the Amazon digital voice assistant. Now your life can be a little bit easier with your virtual friend ready to help you 24/7. Alexa can you give me a million dollars?

8. Nintendo’s Switch Online smartphone app is now available

Attention gamers: The Nintendo Switch App is available earlier than expected, and it’s free (for now)! You’ll be able to connect with friends via voice chat, control game invites and a library of classic Nintendo games is to be added.

9. Snapchat adds multi-snap recording and Photoshop-style editing features

Snapchat is increasing its features. Once upon a time, you could only send photos, but now you can caption, record, overlay and use the new multi-snap recording feature. This feature will allow you record video and pick your favorite clips from the video to post. An additional new effect will allow you to tint anything in your pictures. Pretty Cool.

10. Samsung Game Live app will let you live stream from your S8 to Twitch, Facebook, or YouTube

Never run out of chances to film content with the new Samsung Game Live app! You may not always have your camera on you, but let’s be honest, your phone is on you – it’s basically a body part. Now you can film anytime and anywhere.
