Position Description:

We are looking for a qualified digital coordinator to join our team. The position will be responsible for assisting account coordinators and account managers in various tasks across multiple clients, from various industries.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Works closely with the VP of Marketing, Digital Account Managers, and the Digital Account Coordinators. The position requires a clear understanding of social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, the Facebook ad platform, email marketing, and the importance of accurately following processes. Experience in blogging, copywriting and other content creation needs are essential. Attention to detail is vital for all tasks and quality assurance practices should always be put into play before anything goes to the client.

Primary Objectives:

  • Write relevant and engaging blog content for clients in different industries 
  • Source and develop content for social media/digital ad campaigns
  • Manage email subscriber lists and email marketing efforts for clients
  • Set up social media and email campaigns for clients
  • Perform monthly information audits on website and social media channels to identify errors or fake accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to write engaging content in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Organizational skills are critical
  • Ability to plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn to follow processes with accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent history of on-time performance and meeting deadlines
  • High written and verbal communication skills
  • Documentation of new processes or inclusion for future training efforts
  • The ability to self manage and identify priorities
