The National Pork Board was working with Bromley Communications to reach the U.S. Hispanic market. When approaching Sweb, Bromley had created a Spanish-language website with recipes and facts, but wanted to drive traffic to the website and increase sales of pork products within the Hispanic population. Sweb was tasked with creating a Facebook page for the brand and engage with prospective consumers to grow their reach for messaging and engagement.
Sweb has created and maintains a very successful Facebook community page with over 100% engagement and a growing community of qualified leads that love and buy pork products regularly. Alongside a contest, launched when the Facebook page launched, the community has grown via digital ads placed strategically on Facebook and in other media outlets, a strong PR push through a partnership with an L.A.-based chef, and highly engaging posts which have encouraged organic growth and steady engagement increase day after day, week after week. To highlight featured recipes, Sweb designed and developed custom Facebook Apps designed to encourage people to view recipes and share them with their personal networks.
